Yellow Rose Creations

From time to time, I will feature a local business on my Blog. Today, I would like to introduce you to a new home-based business called, Yellow Rose Creations

Yellow Rose Creations was created by a small-town girl from the Texas Panhandle. I would like to introduce you to Ms. Brittani, owner of Yellow Rose Creations

She is the mother of two beautiful girls, a wife, a daughter, a sister, and a full-time Veterinary Technician. She also has fur babies...

Ms. Brittani has always loved arts and crafts. When I asked her how Yellow Rose Creations came about, she said, "over the years, anytime I could do an art-like project, I would get so excited to begin. My projects have ranged from painting the kid's rooms, to hand sewing Halloween costumes and anything in between".

Yellow Rose Creations piqued my interest as a crafter myself. Being Brittani's Aunt, I never knew her love for the arts until I saw her craftsmanship and creativity in the items she crafted.

When Brittani started out, she was extremely interested in Resin Art. Her love for Resin began by watching online videos and then thinking about how fun it would be to learn how to do things like that.

How many of you know what Resin Art is? I, myself don't know much about it - but did participate in a crafting swap a few years back where we altered dominoes using the Resin technique. I have to say, I can understand why Brittani enjoyed working with Resins. It was fun...and it falls in the line of Altered Art and Mixed Media creativity, something I myself enjoy piddling within my own creations.

When a person crafts using Resin, they use Epoxy Resin which is a versatile material that is used in many crafts. People create jewelry, ornaments, and even accent furniture with Resin.

Resin starts as a liquid and then hardens. A crafter will add items like dried flowers, jewelry, insects, leaves, and many other things to their molds. Then the magic begins to take shape.

Brittani told me that after several weeks of thinking about Resin day and night, she ordered a starter kit. She then decided to push things a little further with custom tumblers. She knew instantly that creating and crafting custom tumblers for other people was something she wanted to do for a long while! It was at this time, Yellow Rose Creations began.

Brittani shared with me, that creating these tumblers, allows her to be creative, and at the same time, provide a cup that the buyer will want to use for a long time. These tumblers are customized to the individual's liking.

When I asked her what the future holds for Yellow Rose Creations, Brittani replied, "my short-term goals for my business is to grow and continue making quality custom tumblers for my clients".

Here are a few photos of her recent creations.

The quality of these tumblers is important to Yellow Rose Creations. They are made from stainless steel, double-walled, and vacuum insulated cups.

As you see from the photos above, these tumblers are amazing and Yellow Rose Creations' unique creations will make beautiful gifts for Mothers, Fathers, Sisters, Brothers, Aunts, Uncles, Grandparents, and friends, alike.  Young and old - doesn't matter.

So the next time you are looking to give a special, unique gift to your loved one, remember Yellow Rose Creations.
