Hamilton Beach Professional Dicing Food Processor Review

Our family loves making homemade Salsa. We will make it as a side for Mexican food nights, or munch on with chips and dips.

Two weeks ago, we went to make a batch of salsa as the kids were going to come over and our son in law loves our homemade salsa. We put the onion, the peppers, the cilantro, the tomatoes, and a little bit of salt and pepper in the bowl and went to turn it on. Nothing...we checked the cord to make sure it was properly plugged in. It was. We removed the bowl and reattached it, twisted the top, and still nothing. The food processor we had had for over 10 years had finally hit the bucket. OH NO!!! Now, what are we going to do? How will we make Salsa?

We called the kids and asked them to bring their food processor over with them when they came for supper as ours had quit. They did and the day was saved.

Doing my research for a new food processor, I looked at Walmart and Target but did not find one that I liked. We use ours all the time so it needed to be a heavy-duty one that could keep up with the demand. I looked on Amazon and found the one I wanted. We used the new Hamilton Beach Professional Dicing Food Process the other night to shred cheese and dice potatoes. Wow - - it was awesome! I was incredibly pleased with the outcome of the shredded cheese. Gone are the days of using the handheld graters. How many of you used those back in the day or still do? That was always my job on Taco Salad nights growing up. I cannot tell you how many times I scraped my knuckles while grating cheese by hand. 

Today, out of convenience when we go to the grocery store - it is much easier to pick up a package of grated cheese at the grocery store, but that will be no more since I have this Food Processor. As the description says above, this gem will Dice, Slice, and Shred.

As I read through the little booklet that came with the Food Processor, I was telling my husband all that it did. It came with a Storage Case that housed other blades and tools. 

There is a blade for Dicing, a blade for Slicing, a blade for Shredding, a blade for Chopping, and there was even a Dough blade. I think I hit the jackpot on my purchase of the Hamilton Beach Professional Food Processor. 

This food processor is going to help our family tremendously when it comes to food purchasing and food preparation. It will do the following:  

1. save us money

2. give us precise and fast food preparation 

3. allow others to assist in the kitchen with food preparation

4. make cleanup a breeze

5. prep food items in larger quantities 

6. comes with a 3 - in 1 tube for multiple uses

7. it offers an easy, stackable, and snap assembly

8 no guesswork in knowing which buttons to use for which food preparation

Going forward, anytime I have food prep to do for a crowd of people or just two of us, I am going to reach for my Hamilton Beach Professional Dicing Food Processor to help me get the job done faster. 

We are pleased with this purchase and hopefully, it will last for the next 10 years or more too!
