day 20 Color of the Day is Pick Your Favorite Glitter

It is Saturday morning and day 20 in the Color of the Day Challenge. I have been a busy beaver this morning cleaning the house (i.e. vacuuming). It is about all I can muster up energy-wise and honestly, I am not even supposed to be doing that per doctor's orders. 

When I looked at the calendar for the COTD Challenge, I showed "Pick favorite" and nothing else. When I posted the daily prompt on my Facebook page, I had another blogger say it was actually "pick your favorite glitter' day! <sigh> With that said, I changed my post to reflect 'glitter' AND their favorite color. That is what I am going to do as well in my write up. 

Glitter and my favorite color (which is NOT green)- - I like all the colors below...

I have this hanging in my craft room. It is on the wall among other things I like. I call it my inspiration wall. On the shelf are special gifts from fellow crafters. There are Junk Journals, Folios and, Albums among a few special trinkets. The pink flowers were a gift to my mom. It is a Thomas Kincaid bouquet. She sent it home with me when I visited her in February just before she died. I am not sure you can see the wooden Steampunk shoe on the end, but it was gifted to me as well from a fellow crafter. It was a swap I participated in a few years ago. The shoe is awesome! 

There is sand up there in a small bottle that my daughter and husband brought back to me from their honeymoon. On the shelf as well is a Crystal Violin that I received one year at a Company Christmas party. It was a gift from Dr. Mike Murdock. Lastly, there are two things my daughter gave me when I was diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer in 2013 (a figurine and a butterfly). I love butterflies...

On the wall itself, the framed artwork was a gift from my son. He drew it (he too is creative. All three of my kids are creative now that I think about it. My son has his own style and calls himself, MRNEATO). It says the following:
